A sewage backup isn't something a mop handles safely. Our Sewage Cleanup response starts with containment and protective equipment, because the priority is safety first, cleanup second.

Removing porous materials that contacted blackwater isn't a cost-cutting decision — it's a safety standard, since carpet, pad, and drywall simply can't be fully sanitized after Category 3 contact.
None of this changes for a small job either — the same standard applies whether it's a single-room sewage cleanup call or a larger one.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when sewage cleanup gets handled by a generalist instead of a specialist.
S500 governs PPE, containment, and disposal on every Category 3 call we take.
The affected area gets isolated before removal starts to prevent cross-contamination.
Disposal records are provided as part of your job file.
We treat contamination emergencies with urgency, since delay raises exposure risk.
We don't treat sewage cleanup as a single generic task — each piece of the process below gets its own specific approach.
Water gets classified as Category 3 blackwater immediately, which sets the entire response protocol.
Dedicated extraction equipment prevents cross-contamination from clean-water jobs.
This is a safety call based on contamination science, not a cost-cutting shortcut.
Every surface touched by contaminated water gets treated with hospital-grade antimicrobial solution.
Odor gets addressed through disinfection and controlled airflow, not masked with fragrance.
The space gets verified against a safe standard before we call the job complete.
This is the same sequence every sewage cleanup job follows, regardless of size.
You call +1-844-578-1604 and a live dispatcher takes the details of your Sewage Cleanup need, not a voicemail system.
The truck that arrives is stocked specifically for Sewage Cleanup jobs, not a generic handyman setup.
You approve the number before equipment turns on — no surprise invoice after the fact.
We stand behind the result with a documented sign-off, not just a verbal assurance.
We don't cherry-pick which sewage cleanup jobs get reviewed — this is a representative cross-section.

Genevieve K., Los Olivos"Main line backup hit our laundry room and they explained exactly why the flooring couldn't be saved."
Silas D., Los Olivos"The smell was genuinely gone after treatment, not just masked temporarily."
Ines M., Los Olivos"Full containment meant we could reopen the rest of the dining room the same evening."
Bartholomew F., Los OlivosThese are the questions we hear most often about sewage cleanup, gathered from real calls, not a generic template list.
Aqua Guard Water Damage dispatches sewage cleanup specialists throughout Los Olivos and the surrounding zip codes, including 93441.

If you're unsure whether your address falls in our sewage cleanup service area, just call — we'll confirm quickly rather than making you guess.
